Claim A Grant

Once your project is at a suitable stage to claim your grant, please proceed with the Grant Claim form below.

The Grant Claim process is an online form which will save at each stage. However you will need the following documents and information required in order to complete the application:

Name and contact details of 2nd contact.
Statement of how much has been spent on the work to date.
Invoice(s) or Valuation Certificate which matches or exceeds the value of your claim.
Photographs of the church showing the completed work if possible.
Reference number for your original award found on your award letter.

Frequently Asked Questions

You can claim for your grant as soon as your expenditure exceeds the grant amount, as such you do not necessarily need to wait until the work is complete.

With our larger grants we can pay the grant in stages depending on the phasing of your project. This will be asked within the claim form.

Congratulations on completing and funding your project. If you do no longer require our grant we would greatly appreciate you contacting us to let us know, this money can then be used for other worthy churches.

We expect that all grants are claimed within 2 years of been awarded; if this is an issue please contact us.

We reserve the right to include your project within our marketing material and on the website, if you would rather we didn’t do this please let us know.

We love to see completed work and how we have helped. We would also love to include these on our website, so please make sure you own the copyright to any photos you send to us.
