The Trust's principal
activity is
the giving of grants to individual historic churches to help them with
the costs of repairs. We invite applications from all
churches
which are both "historic" and in need of repair, and assess
them
individually against detailed criteria. If a grant is
offered, it
is paid on satisfactory completion of the repairs.

For the funds used to
give grants
to help churches, we rely almost entirely on what others give us (or
have given us in the past). We are a registered charity, and
welcome donations and subscriptions from companies, other charitable
bodies, and individuals. We get a small part of our income
from
running events and selling cards.
